A full refund will be given on the item only,
unless there is a fault when postage will also be refunded. There is no administration
charge applied to refunds.
I regret that I cannot offer refunds for earrings (unless faulty) for obvious
hygiene reasons.
IMPORTANT:
To
receive a full refund, the jewellery must be returned in its original packaging,
and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days of your order
being shipped out. Do not throw the packaging away until you are sure you want to
keep the jewellery. Please do not wear the jewellery if you intend to return it.
I cannot resell jewellery that has already been used.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, then you must report this to me the same
day you take delivery of your goods to be able to make a claim for a FULL refund or replacement.
Please send back all items via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service as the item(s)
will then be insured should they get lost, and you will also have
proof of posting.
